In a creative renovation project, Eleanor and a team of creatives restored life to the loft of a famous historic Portuguese building.

The site was transformed into an artist workspace comprising shared and private studios, alongside an open-plan space for events, workshops, and photography projects.

The studio loft itself was designed by Eleanor to encourage creative experimentation, learning, and growth, whether through workshops, exhibitions, shared projects, discussions, or simply sharing the same space.

Eleanor’s creative direction for Echo Studios blends history, local culture, and modern design with a restorative style.

The space - a minimalist, open studio environment - preserves the building’s original character, while acting as a blank canvas for artist experimentation.

Guided by Eleanor’s belief in the unique personality of objects, the space is fitted-out with locally sourced vintage pieces and props, restored through upcycling and creative renovation.

Eleanor has curated, nurtured, and grown a creative community over the last two years, that now makes up the life and soul of Echo Studios.

Ever growing, Eleanor is expanding the creative community through digital outlets and global outreach.

Eleanor works with the in-house community to build and execute alternative creative projects such as campaign shoots, brand launches and gigs.
